Return and Exchange Policy for an Online Store in Compliance with Czech Law

This document is prepared in accordance with Sections 1829 and following of Act No. 89/2012 Sb., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Sb., on Consumer Protection.

1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract (Return of Goods)

1.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

1.2. To withdraw from the contract, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (by email or letter).

1.3. The returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories.

1.4. The Buyer covers the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

1.5. The Seller will refund the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

2.1. The Buyer cannot withdraw from the contract in the following cases:

• The goods were customized or made to order.
• The goods are perishable or have been opened and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., cosmetics, food).
• Digital content was delivered online, and the download has already started.

3. Conditions for Goods Exchange

3.1. The Buyer may request an exchange of goods within 14 days of receiving them.

3.2. Exchanges are only possible for items of equal or higher value, with any price difference covered by the Buyer.

3.3. The Buyer is responsible for shipping costs related to the exchange unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.

4. Warranty and Complaints

4.1. The Buyer has the right to file a complaint about product defects within a 24-month warranty period.

4.2. Complaints must be submitted in writing via the Seller’s email or in person at the Seller’s location.

4.3. The Seller is obliged to process complaints within 30 days of receiving them.
